Our apple juice is 100% pure and freshly squeezed from bright red apples ripened on the trees grown in Nagano prefecture, not from concentrate. The type of apple is "Fuji" which produces deliciously sweet juice.
No sugar, vitamin C or preservatives are added but this product still keeps its original fresh colour.
It is also served in luxurious five star hotels like the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo Hotel and Four Seasons Hotel.

The Uonuma region in Niigata prefecture is one of the most famous agricultural areas in Japan. Most farmers grow rice and vegetables.
Our tomato juice is made from 100% pure ripe tomatoes grown on a farm in the Uonuma region with the bare minimum amount of agricultural chemicals.
The types of tomato we use are called "Shuhou" and "Houshu".Mr. Yoshio Tsurumaki is the The General Manager resposible for growing tomatoes. He is also Secretary of the JAPAN ORGANIC AGRICULTURE ASSOCIATION and The General Manager of Niigata Organic Agriculture Network.

No salt is added. As unsalted tomato juice is very difficult to manufacture, unsalted tomato juice is very rare in this market.

0.3% salt is added to the low salt tomato juice. We use sea-salt known as "Umi-no-sei" and the juice is very easy to drink.
